Saint Elizabeth - Well beyond health care

Balancing work and caregiving can be challenging—but you’re not alone. Many employees juggle full-time work while caring for a loved one, which can lead to stress, exhaustion, and burnout. That’s why SE Health and GreenShield, in partnership with Just Like Family, created Respite for ALL: to provide you with a well-deserved break.

Through this pilot program, caregivers who work at least 30 hours per week and provide unpaid care to a loved one can access 10 hours of free home-based respite support. In addition, Greenshield is offering 5 hours of free, confidential virtual counselling and a one-year complimentary subscription to Digital Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Just Like Family Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care service provider dedicated to supporting individuals and families in our community. They are focused on helping elders age in place with dignity, while also offering support to people of all ages who may need extra assistance with daily living.

All caregivers are certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) trained to provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
