Who We Work With

SE Health works across the full health ecosystem, including home and community care, long-term care, acute care and primary care. We partner with governments, regional health authorities, hospitals, seniors’ living providers, community organizations and individuals to expand access, strengthen communities and support better health for all.

SE Health is a purpose-driven social enterprise and one of Canada’s largest home and community health organizations. We combine care, research, education and innovation to help shape a stronger and more inclusive future of health.

Our SE team includes a research centre, a health career college, an innovation futures lab and a global enterprise. Alongside the Saint Elizabeth Foundation and our partners, we advance impactful solutions in aging, education, Indigenous health and end-of-life care that support healthier communities across Canada.
