As a leader in clinical practice, research and education, we continue to explore new ways to enhance the care we deliver in the 19,000 visits and hours of care our team provides everyday. In 2015, Saint Elizabeth received the Canada Order of Excellence in the category of Innovation, Excellence and Wellness, the first home and community care service provider to have earned this prestigious award
