SE Health provides all levels of care from basic housekeeping and companionship to end of life care. SE Health is also able to provide specialized care with palliative care and dementia clients. Learn about our services here.

The cost for each service is determined by the Nurse Supervisor at the time of the initial visit. The cost is determined by care requirements. SE Health does not charge tax on services due to our not-for-profit status. Call our main number for information for pricing.

Our staff is available every day (including statutory holidays) from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. If you need to reach SE Health for any concerns, please call our main phone number.

The minimum visit length is one hour.

SE Health strives to provide continuity of worker as well as continuity of time of service.

All SE Health staff participate in a detailed SE orientation and onboarding. Our staff have completed the Health Care Assistant (HCA) training, Registered Care Aid (RCA), or Equivalent. Certain staff carry an additional educational background in palliative care and dementia care.

Dementia care is part of the curriculum of the HCA and RCA program including theory, and part of the preceptorship is focused specifically on dementia care.

Yes. Criminal background checks are provided, inclusive of a Vulnerable Sector Search. References from previous employers are checked.
