Lilly is a senior partner with the law firm of Gowling WLG, an international firm with over 770 professionals in Canada, specializing in lending, insolvency and restructuring. She has served on the Board of Trustees (Directors) of Gowling WLG (Canada) and on the Board of Directors of a number of not-for profit organisations (including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto and Tafelmusik). Lilly has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Program and is currently a director on the Board of Kensington Health (Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee).
